When the client experienced a record only event, prior to hiring AssuredPartners, this required at least 3 team members to discuss the event with the claims adjuster to determine course of action.           


The AssuredPartners Claims Manager streamlined the notification communication process as she understands exactly what the adjuster is going to want to know and have. Instructions were provided to the client on what to submit to the Claims Manager which resulted in the client eliminating the need for these conversations with other team members and the insurance carrier.


An average of seven calls per week were eliminated. This equated to a savings of approximately 500 hours of staff time on an annual basis. This allowed the client to deploy these hours elsewhere in their risk mitigation efforts.
