Our Southfield, MI office (formerly JS Clark Agency) specializes in employee benefits for both small and large groups. We know a benefits strategy is more than just the numbers. It’s a holistic process including plan design, benefits administration, open enrollment, wellness and compliance guidance.
Our service starts with an exhaustive evaluation of existing or prospective carriers and all existing plans. We then compare our research with both industry and geographic norms. We also work with you through a step-by-step renewal process.
From there we become your benefit administrators. From the date of hire to termination and beyond, all the information is channeled to our office in order to allow your staff more time to concentrate on other tasks.
During open enrollment, we’ve got you covered! Some of our services include but are not limited to: Benefit education for employees; on-site meetings; one-on-one meetings; interactive webinars and more! We also help connect you to wellness resources to keep your employees healthy and your costs low.
Our office is an expert in benefits compliance. Businesses of all sizes are subject to many new requirements year-after-year, which if not met, can lead to substantial fines and penalties. We assist our clients with preparing for constant changes due to ever-changing legislation.
In addition to our group services, our office takes pride in recommending effective solutions with a client’s best interest in mind. We work together with our clients on individual benefits including Medicare Supplements, Medicare Advantage and Medicare Part D.
We've secured benefits coverage for thousands of lives. Let us support your organization!
