Molly Hedgpeth is a nationally recognized leader in long-term care, with more than 30 years of experience as a speech-language pathologist, music therapist, and certified activity director. She brings a unique, holistic perspective to care planning and is a passionate advocate for improving the lives of individuals with cognitive and behavioral challenges.

Currently the Director of Dementia and Behavioral Health at SLP Operations, LLC, Molly is the primary author of the THRIVE Dementia and Behavior Support program. Her credentials include:

• MT-BC, Board-Certified Music Therapist
