Logistics of Alternate Dispute Resolution

08/14/2019 Written by: Cathy Knopf

Many Senior Living Operators elect to use arbitration agreements. The previous ban of using pre-dispute binding arbitration agreements has recently been lifted for long-term care facilities.
All Senior Living Operators should be informed on:

  • The benefits of mediation and arbitration
  • The content and location of an arbitration agreement
  • Resident and family member discussion points

On September 19, 2019, AssuredPartners Senior Living will host an exclusive webinar on the logistics of alternate dispute resolution. The presentation will provide pertinent information on mediation and arbitration processes to assist communities in determining a best practice approach in managing disputes. Be informed and prepared to implement a successful arbitration management strategy by registering for this webinar.
