By having Employee-led Resource Groups (ERGs) it is our hope that we can create a new channel of communication and connectivity, while lending a voice to the variety of demographics represented throughout AssuredPartners.
- Establish an open forum where employees with shared interests can aspire, develop and collaborate to educate, raise awareness, and share information about issues that affect historically marginalized communities
- Provide professional development, networking, and cultural appreciation opportunities

The AAPI Collective ERG seeks to create a supportive community for the personal and professional growth of Asian American and Pacific Islander employees of AssuredPartners. As an ERG, we aim to empower and celebrate AAPI employees by sharing our rich and diverse cultures with each other and our allies.
The mission of the Black Alliance Employee Resource Group is to create a working environment of inclusion, opportunity, and empowerment for Black employees at AssuredPartners. We will accomplish this by sharing our history and personal experiences to provide understanding, encouragement, and motivation. This newfound working environment would allow us to bring our authentic selves to work and will cultivate better job performance, confidence, and success.
The LatinX ERG is committed to making AP a more diverse and inclusive company by promoting increased access to resources and opportunities, developing peer advisors, advocating for our culture as allies, and integrating AP’s ERG efforts into our larger community.
L.E.A.D. strives to have meaningful dialogues between employees of various experiences to create pathways for growth & development.
The mission of the PRIDE Employee Resource Group is to promote an inclusive community for lesbian, bisexual, gay, transgender and queer employees. PRIDE will provide a space not only to educate employees on LGBTQ+ history and culture, but also to create a space for celebration. PRIDE will support AssuredPartners' efforts to diversify staff, will work to recruit and retain LBGTQ-identified employees, and act as a safe space where employees may share their experiences in the hopes of identifying opportunities for AssuredPartners to meet the needs of our community. PRIDE will serve as a visible, accessible resource for LBGTQ-identified employees and their allies and will provide LBGTQ-focused networking, educational and social opportunities for AssuredPartners employees. The PRIDE ERG is open to all AssuredPartners employees.
The Women's Coalition ERG empowers women at AssuredPartners to achieve their ambitions by cultivating an inclusive environment through connection, mentorship, discussion, collaboration, and advocacy.
The mission of the Veterans Collective ERG is to provide support to our community of Veterans and their families in addition to expanding care and outreach opportunities within the communities we serve. We seek to provide a space for connection, support, and unity for all Veterans at AssuredPartners.
