Eric is the National Real Estate Practice Leader for AssuredPartners. He has been an insurance broker for 20 years and specializes in complex real estate insurance strategy and placement. He leads our national client resource team that provides real estate specific data and analytics, claims consultancy, benchmarking, loss prevention, risk engineering, market intelligence, insurance strategy and procurement. Eric collaborates with AssuredPartners’ top real estate specialists, building elite brokerage teams to ensure our clients and prospective clients outperform their competition and the marketplace.

Leadership Profile

Nathan is the Director of IMPACT® Analytics and a member of the National Real Estate Vertical for AssuredPartners. He has over 10 years of experience managing global and multi-state property and casualty insurance programs. He leads our national property and casualty risk analytics team, combining deep technological expertise and insurance know-how to equip sales teams with robust marketing strategies built on solid foundations. This includes probable maximum loss analyses, insurance deductible what-ifs, natural and unnatural hazard risk analyses, building reconstruction cost valuations, workers' compensation experience modification rating reviews, cyber data security vulnerabilities, and benchmarking. Nathan majored in Economics at the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor and holds multiple professional designations, including Real Estate Certified Insurance Professional (RCIP), Certified Workers Compensation Consultant (CWCC) from Insurance Partners Academy, and Associate in Risk Management (ARM) from American Institute for Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters. In 2021, Nathan was recognized as a Rising Star by Insurance Business America. He also serves on the teaching faculty of Insurance Partners Academy.
