As AssuredPartners' Government Contractor Solutions Vertical Leader, Taylor has over 20 years of experience working in the insurance wholesale and brokerage industries, designing unique insurance programs, risk share agreements, and captive arrangements, and developing strategic partnerships designed to bring value to clients. He is a thought leader in the government contracting space, creating innovative fringe benefit solutions for employers working under the Davis-Bacon Act, the McNamara-O'Hara Service Contract Act, and living wage ordinances. Taylor is a proud graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and a registered employee benefits consultant and health underwriter.

As AssuredPartners' Government Contractor Solutions Chief Compliance Officer, Jim applies his 40 years of industry experience as our subject matter expert, focused on providing federal contractors with innovative business solutions to achieve their business goals. He has been responsible for strategic planning, employee benefits, compensation, workers' compensation, HRIS, recruiting, industrial security, labor negotiations, systems integration, and business development. Before joining AssuredPartners, Jim was the president of SCA Solutions, a consulting firm that aligned with federal government contractors, consultants, brokers, administrators, and insurance carriers in business development solutions for federal contractors.

With more than 25 years of industry experience, David serves as our Government Contractor Solutions team's National Employee Benefits Practice Lead. He advises clients on company-sponsored employee benefits plans, eligibility, enrollment and education, and voluntary benefits. David is a Davidson College graduate and holds the industry designation of Registered Employee Benefits Consultant® and Registered Health Underwriter®. He is a recipient of the Top Employee Benefits Consultant® designation by Risk and Insurance Magazine. David also authored a section of text in the Entrepreneurs' Handbook of Anticipated Start-Up Expenses pertaining to employee benefits, used in Xavier's Williams College of Business Entrepreneurship Program.

He strives to deliver best-in-class service, ideas, and solutions. Kevin is a graduate of Frostburg State University in Western Maryland with a degree in Education. He uses his background to teach our clients' management teams strategies for success.
