We are a collection of niche specialists from every corner of aviation insurance and enjoy staying in front of the unique exposures and risks associated with the industry.

Eric is a multifaceted aviation professional, boasting qualifications as an FAA Commercial Pilot and Certified Flight Instructor. His comprehensive skill set underscores his commitment to excellence in both the insurance and aviation sectors. An alumnus of Embry‐Riddle Aeronautical University, Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Business Administration. His professional credentials include the Certified Aviation Insurance Professional (CAIP) and Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designations. Eric's dedication to advancing aviation safety and education is evident in his past roles as the Chairman of the Aviation Insurance Association’s Education Committee and the National Business Aviation Association’s Safety Committee.

Leadership Profile

With over 20 years in aviation insurance, Joe is a seasoned professional. His expertise in aviation insurance spans owner exposures, Fortune 500 flight departments, OEM and MROs to large fixed-base operators, as well as some of the largest global air charter providers. As Managing Director, Joe spearheads our client and carrier relationship strategy, guiding business opportunities and optimizing crucial sales and service functions. Joe is a finance graduate from Moravian University. He is also a former member of NBAA’s Advisory Council.
