Alush Garzon is a Senior Vice President and Manufacturing Vertical Leader. He has real world manufacturing experience as an engineer and has worked in all phases of the manufacturing process including production, quality, inspection, packaging, product development, and product sales. Alush earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Degree from The Georgia Institute of Technology. He is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and currently holds designations in Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist and Accredited Advisor in Insurance. His education and experience give him a unique and in-depth perspective on managing complex manufacturing risks and developing comprehensive risk management programs for manufacturers.

Jack A. Carra is a seasoned insurance professional with 17 years of experience in developing insurance and risk management programs. He holds a BS in marketing from Iowa State University and is a designated Commercial Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS). Jack serves on the Board of Directors for the Association of Business & Industry and is a member of the ABI Advisory Council. Prior to joining AssuredPartners, he spent over five years at a national brokerage firm in various production and management roles. He has been a partner at AssuredPartners since 2011 and has been recognized as one of America's top Insurance Producers by Business Insurance America multiple times.
