Enrollment Support

The annual enrollment process is a key activity in benefits management and a unique opportunity to engage employees in understanding the value of their benefits options. Our expert team helps our clients throughout the entire annual enrollment process, from designing communication materials and electronic media to coordinating and conducting onsite group or individual meetings, hosting virtual meetings, updating our online enrollment platform, and reporting enrollment results to carriers and employer payroll system.

In addition to their day-to-day Account Management Team, each of our clients are assigned a dedicated, licensed Client Services Representative with AP Enroll, AssuredPartners’ own enrollment program. Your AP Enroll Client Service Representative will work as an extension of your service team to assist during open enrollment and with eligibility, new hires, and renewals.
