AssuredPartners Appoints New Chief Operations Officer of Retail

ORLANDO, FL – January 3, 2024 - AssuredPartners (AP) announced the promotion of Will Dierking to the position of Chief Operations Officer (COO) of Retail reporting into AssuredPartners Retail President, Brian Bair.

Dierking, a certified public accountant, started his nearly 25 years of experience in finance and acquisitions with his early career in public accounting. He then moved to the insurance industry with Neace Lukens Insurance with an expanded focus on insurance operations, which was acquired by AP in 2011. He most recently has served as AP’s Central States Regional Chief Financial Officer.

As the COO of AssuredPartners Retail, Dierking will assume responsibility for overseeing service and systems operations, strategic planning, and driving operational efficiencies. Through these efforts, he will play a key role maximizing positive client experiences using best practices to optimize financial and service operations. He will also be working with Internal Audit to ensure operations is compliant with the agency’s overall Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework.
